In addition to the following Ashtanga-based classes, Elizabeth also offers a variety of therapeutic and healing sessions.
Intro to Second Series
Postures from the Second Series of Ashtanga Yoga are explored. Ideal for those with an ongoing Ashtanga practice.
Led Silent Primary Series
A visually led class for students who are familiar with Ashtanga yoga. A beautiful way to flow through the entire Primary Series.
Mysore Class
Mysore style teaching refers to the traditional method of Ashtanga as taught by
Sri K. Pattabhi Jois of Mysore, South India. Practicing in silence, you will benefit from both the solitude of your own practice as well as the supportive energy of a group. Postures are taught one at a time, based on each individual's breathing, flexibility, strength and dedication to practice. This one-to-one method of learning is invaluable in developing an inspiring and deeply fulfilling practice. You will progress through the sequence of asanas that make up the different series, and through consistency, create a mature understanding of yoga.
Private Sessions
Available for individuals or small groups upon request. A great way to begin or supplement your yoga practice.
