Elizabeth works privately and therapeutically with individuals and small groups teaching Ashtanga Yoga in the tradition of the beloved guru Sri, K Pattabhi Jois. She also leads customized Yoga Workshops.
She also works gently and therapeutically (on a subtle level), with people who are healing: physically, spiritually or emotionally using a variety of yogic approaches, especially deep relaxation and pranayama, (breathing techniques).
She is also available to work with people prior to surgery to prepare the mind to assist the body through the surgery process itself thus reducing stress and encouraging the mind to support the body during this delicate process.
Elizabeth is a certified Yoga of the Heart instructor and holds a Masters Degree in Counseling. She is also registered with the Yoga Alliance at the highest current level (500 HR). If you are interested in working with Elizabeth you can reach her through: this web site; at her E-mail address, EMcCloud@AshtangaPG.com; or by phone at 831-238-6326. The first appointment is scheduled as an "in-take" to assess the most beneficial approach to support students and their individual needs.
(A 10% discount is offered for pre-payment of a series and trades are sometimes available as well.)
