Fundamentals of Yoga Six-Week Series
Tuesdays & Thursdays 9:30 - 10:30 am
Tuesdays: July 3, 10, 17, 24, 31 and 8/7
Thursdays: July 5, 12, 19, 26 and 8/2, 8/9
Please join Elizabeth for this new six-week series. Perfect for beginners as well as those with some yoga experience. This series will provide students with a clear understanding of the fundamentals of Hatha Yoga as well as the opportunity to relax and renew.

Private Sessions
This private or small group session allows students of all levels to explore specific areas of interest such as yoga therapy, pre-op intention setting, alignment in asanas, philosophy, etc. Sessions are available @ $60 per hour or $75 per hour and a half. $15 per additional person. 24 hour cancellation policy required.
Ashtanga for Healing
Designed for individuals with injuries or those who are healing. Gentle relaxation techniques are used to promote the healing process.
Yoga of the Heart
For those living with heart disease, cancer or other debilitating diseases. It also is useful for people with family histories or other risk factors. Yoga of the Heart uses deep relaxation, imagery and meditation in concert with Ashtanga Yoga breathing and postures.
